Today we were able to do an excursion so we all picked zip lining. This entailed five zips through the rainforest. The team also participated in some intense team building up the hill where they went through several obstacle courses, climbed ropes, tackled a swinging bridge, rocky terrain and some fought off fire ants. The hike was a mile up hill which really challenged some of us. We finished the day going down a cement water slide in a torrential downpour with thunder and lighting. Definitely not American standards, but we were all stretched and all survived. We will have one more update later tonight.
